Pixelate a part of an image or the whole thing. Use coarse blocks to hide a face, a plate or a screen, or fine blocks for a deliberate retro pixel-art look across the frame.
How the image pixelator works
Upload the image and describe the region and the block size, for example 'pixelate the phone screen with large blocks' or 'pixelate the whole image with small blocks for a retro look'. Run the tool and check that anything you meant to hide is genuinely unreadable. If the blocks are too fine to conceal the detail, ask for a coarser grid and run again on the same upload.
Tips for the best results
For privacy use large blocks, since fine pixelation can still leave text readable. For a retro effect, ask for a small uniform grid across the whole frame and a reduced colour palette. Name the region by its position so the right area is treated.
