How the image overlay tool works

Upload the base image, then describe the overlay: what it is, where it sits, how big it should be and how strong it should read, for example 'place a white logo in the bottom-right corner at about 15 percent width, subtle'. Run the tool and check how the overlay meets the surface underneath. Adjust opacity or position wording and run again on the same upload until it sits right.

Tips for the best results

Give position as a corner or a landmark in the shot, and size as a rough percentage of the width. Say the blend you want, such as subtle, screened light or solid. Overlays on curved or angled surfaces look better when you ask them to follow the perspective of that surface.
